Terms and Conditions

Here "we", "our", "organization", "Travelia" means Travelia whose office address is shop no. 7, 1st floor, Sky View K Box Tower, 76/1, Maniknagar, Dhaka 1203, Bangladesh. "You", "Yours", "Customer" refers to a customer registered on the travelia.com.bd platform. "Partner", "Hotel", "Resort", "Home Owner", "Apartment Owner", "Rent-a-Car", "Tour Operator", "Travel Agency" refers to the service provider registered on the travelia.com.bd platform.

Hotel Service

Hotel services include hotels, motels, resorts, guest houses, cottages, etc. In the case of taking hotel service, the customer will be bound to abide by all the terms and conditions of the hotel authority. Travelia will not be liable if the customer encounters any problem due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the hotel after check-in into the hotel. In addition, the customer has to take full responsibility for any kind of service that is taken outside our platform. If the customer thinks that there is any difference between the information provided on the platform and the facilities available at the hotel after visiting the hotel, he/she will inform us within one hour of check-in at the hotel.

Residence Service

Residence service is the arrangement of staying in a person's house, apartment or any other private residence. In order to receive the accommodation service, the customer must verify the selfie, ID card and mobile number. If for any reason you feel lack of security while getting the key of the house/apartment or residence from the partner and if the information given on the platform does not match the reality, then you should inform us immediately. However, if you feel any lack of security in the accommodation provided by your partner from the time of taking the service to the end, let us know. Your safety is a top priority in our service. If you start taking service in cases other than security, it will be final and if any kind of complaint is made later during the service, Travelia is not responsible for resolving it immediately. However, we always try our best to give you the best benefits within the budget through our partners.

Car service

You can rent a day car with a driver through our rent-a-car partners. In this case, only paying car rental charges on our platform. In addition to the car rental charges, the customer will have to bear the cost of fuel for the car separately and the driver's accommodation for more than one day. After getting in the car, if the information given on the platform does not match with reality, let us know. It will not be admissible for any subsequent allegations other than security.

Tour Package

When taking a tour package, be sure to consider what is included. Some packages may include accommodation, meals and intercity travel, while others may be charged only for sightseeing. So once the package is accepted, if any problem arises due to the mistake of your decision, it is not the responsibility of Travelia.

Security

We always put the safety of our customers first. So we try our best to serve you in the safest environment. We will request you to give preference to 100% verified partners in taking any service. Next, give priority to the verified ID card and mobile number partners and if you need to know anything about service order, you can contact the partner through live chat. If you find a partner's profile to be suspicious, you can contact us to let us know if any of your partner's behaviour reveals any behaviour that may cause you or your subsequent service users a security problem. In addition, we are not responsible for any security in the conduct of any other transactions and services with our partners outside of our platform.

Antisocial Activity

  1. All activities that are illegal under the law of Bangladesh are considered anti-social activities. Travelia and our partners reserve the right to refuse to provide service if they wish to do so due to any kind of anti-social activity of the customer subject to proof during the service of the partner and in this case, take necessary action against the customer. If the service is cancelled for anti-social activity, the customer will not get any refund for it.
  2. If the customer incites or attempts any kind of anti-social activity, action will be taken against the partner subject to proof and a special discount will be given to the customer for taking the next service.

 

Information Provided on the Platform

Travelia is not responsible for any discrepancies found with the information provided by the partner. However, if you inform us, we will try to take the necessary action.

Customer Information

Travelia is not responsible if the customer provides any type of incorrect information and if due to this the service is interrupted or the partner refuses to provide the service. And in this case, no refund will be applicable. However, there is an opportunity to correct the information before taking the service.

Unexpected Error Problem

If you are unable to make a booking due to an unwanted error or if the booking is not confirmed, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. However, in case of failure to provide it, a special discount will be given for taking the next service.

Profile Verification

The customer must have an ID card and mobile verification. Travelia is not obligated to support the customer for any service booking without verification. However, the Travelia support team is always ready to assist in completing the verification.

Sharing Wrong Information About Us

If you encounter any kind of bad situation with our service, you have to contact us first. However, if a situation arises that requires emergency support, call 999. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against our customers for providing inaccurate information about us online and offline, for making negative comments about our platforms and services and for intentionally opposing us without contacting us. But we gladly accept constructive criticism and advice. We believe that constructive criticism and advice play an important role in the development of our services and platforms. If you have any criticisms as a customer, you can let us know in our customer group and you are 100% independent in this regard.

Provide Fake Reviews

Travelia reserves the right to take appropriate action against the customer subject to evidence if it provides false reviews on our platform in a motivated manner.

Accidental Problems

In no way is Travelia liable for any disaster or personal and surrounding accident and for failing to provide partner services in the event of the same incident.

Transactions Outside The Platform

If a customer encounters problems in transacting with a partner outside the platform, it is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible in any way.

Service charge

In the case of each booking, we charge 47 BDT from the customer.

  1. 47 BDT per person for hotel, accommodation and tour package booking.
  2. 47 BDT per car in case of car booking.

 

Disclaimer

As a platform, it is not possible for us to ensure 100% accurate information in all cases and 100% security in all situations. If our partner fails to provide the required information & security, you must inform us.

Travelia has the right to change, expand and modify any rules.
