Travelia is an e-commerce marketplace platform for tourism. We work as a bridge between end-users (traveler/tourist) & tourism business (Hotel, Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Rent a Car, Car owner, Apartment owner, etc.) whom we call partner.
What's the difference between travel agencies & Travelia?
Travel agencies work as a representative of a hotel, airline, or other tourism businesses and end-user buy service from them without directly contacting the hotel/airlines. They can also set their own price for their services.
But we are not working as representative of any tourism business. When end-user use Travelia s/he can easily contact directly to the hotel/tour operator through our built-in live chat. Also, the price shows on our website is set by our partners & we have no right to change their price without their permission.
