• Two children under the age of 4 years will enjoy a complimentary stay and breakfast. • Children between the age of 5 - 9 years will enjoy a complimentary stay but need to pay BDT 500 for breakfast and BDT 500 for swimming. • Children over the age of 9 years is considered an adult, hence an extra bed along with breakfast is required, for which BDT 1,900 needed to be paid at the hotel reception.

During a Blackout/Long Holidays period Cancellation policy will not be applicable. Each guest has to present a copy of their valid NID/other forms of identification documents during check-in. Important Information: Early check-in depends on room availability. Complimentary Buffet Breakfast for two (per bedroom) at Casablanca Restaurant (2nd Floor). For hygiene purposes, the steam bath, sauna & spa will remain close till further notice. For hygiene purposes, room turndown and make-up services will be available from 2nd night. The restaurant is open for à la carte services only, for guest hygiene we are encouraging to avail of the in-room dining service. Please maintain social distancing during your stay. Please carry your own personal hygiene kit. Please follow our sanitizing process before entering the hotel. Outside foods and alcohol are not allowed. Swimming Pool & GYM Usage Policy: To keep the swimming pool neat and clean, we kindly request all our guests to wear appropriate synthetic swimming Costumes, for example, Men- only synthetic sports shorts, Women- only Long synthetic Sports Leggings & synthetic sports T-shirts (Only 1 hour, from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm). Maximum 15 Persons at a time. The front desk will allocate the timing slot for each room. Extra child (from 5 to 10 years) swimming pool charge will be BDT 500 per hour. As per our hotel policy should have maintained a proper dress code and sports shoes while using the GYM materials. Maximum 02 Adults (per bedroom) entitled to 01-hour complimentary GYM from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Maximum 04 Persons at a time.Luch 1,500 and Dinner 1,500 per person Copy of NID/Driving License/Valid Passport with proper VISA should be given at check-in time for adult every guest. Outside food, beverages & alcohol are not allowed. Outside guests are not allowed in the room Pets are not allowed. Sound boxes, Loud music/ loud sound is not allowed in the room & hotel premises. Rice cookers or any other electronic items are not allowed in the room. To maintain the hygiene and safety of our Infinity Swimming pool, all guests must wear appropriate synthetic swimming costumes. To use our Lifestyle Fitness Center gym, all guests must wear athletic/Sports clothes and shoes. Hotel towels/Bathrobes or other amenities/equipment are not allowed to be taken outside of the hotel. Personal photographers are not allowed on hotel premises. For smooth check out Mini bar will be locked after 9.30 am on check out date. If need to keep open, please inform the Front Desk or Housekeeping.
