Partner Terms And Conditions

Here "we", "our", "organization", "Travelia" means Travelia whose office address is shop no. 7, 1st floor, Sky View K Box Tower, 76/1, Maniknagar, Dhaka 1203, Bangladesh. "You", "your", "partner", "hotel", "resort", "homeowner", "apartment owner", "rent-a-car", "tour operator" , "Travel Agency" refers to the service provider registered on the travelia.com.bd platform. "Customer" means a customer registered on the travelia.com.bd platform.

Hotel Service

Hotel services include hotels, motels, resorts, guest houses, cottages, etc. In case of providing hotel service, the partner can provide service in accordance with the terms and conditions of his organization. However, in this case, you must specify the terms and conditions of your organization on our platform. In addition, if you provide any kind of service to the customer outside our platform, you have to give it to your partner at your own risk. If the customer feels suspicious at the moment of check-in, the partner has to complete the check-in through necessary verification.

Residence Service

Residence service is the arrangement of staying in a person's house, apartment or any other private residence. In order to provide residence service, the partner must verify the selfie, address, ID card and mobile number. The partner must be obliged to provide complete security to the customer in his apartment, house or other residences. The partner will be responsible for any situation where the customer's safety is compromised and Travelia reserves the right to take action against the partner.

Car Service

You can rent a car on a daily basis with a driver through our platform. In this case, you can only charge for car rental on our platform. In case of any loss to the customer by the driver of the vehicle, the responsibility should be borne by the partner. And the partner must take the necessary action against the driver. Also, the car has to be kept clean and tidy before the service is given to the customer and the necessary information has to be collected from the customer before the service is provided.

Tour Package

When offering a tour package, you must specify what is included. If there is a mismatch between the information and the facts mentioned in the package, Travelia reserves the right to take necessary action against the partner.

Security

We always put the safety of our partners first. So we try our best to serve you in the safest environment. We will request you to give priority to verified customers in providing any service. You can contact us to let us know if any customer discloses any behaviour after taking the service that you think maybe causing you and your subsequent servicemen a security problem. In addition, we are not responsible for any security of any other transaction or service with the customer outside of our platform.

Antisocial Activity

  1. All activities that are illegal under the law of Bangladesh are considered anti-social activities. Travelia and our partners reserve the right to refuse to provide service if they wish to do so due to any kind of anti-social activity of the customer subject to proof during the service of the partner and in this case, take necessary action against the customer.
  2. If the partner incites or attempts to engage in any kind of anti-social activity, action will be taken against the partner subject to proof.

 

Partner Information

Travelia is not responsible if the partner provides any type of incorrect information and because of this the service is interrupted or the customer refuses to take the service. Rather the partner may face financial loss for providing incorrect information.

The information provided by the partner on our platform is considered final. If the customer does not get the service as per the information given by the partner then appropriate action will be taken against the partner.

Unexpected Error Problem

Travelia is not responsible for any unwanted errors. However, if there is a problem in serving the customer for unwanted errors, Travellia will try to cooperate with the partner as much as possible.

Profile Verification

The partner must have an ID card and mobile verification. Travelia is not liable to support the partner for booking any service without verification. However, the Travelia support team is always ready to assist in completing the verification.

Sharing Wrong Information About Us

If you encounter any kind of bad situation with our service, you have to contact us first. However, if a situation arises that requires emergency support, call 999. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against our customers for providing inaccurate information about us online and offline, for making negative comments about our platforms and services and for intentionally opposing us without contacting us.

But we gladly accept constructive criticism and advice. We believe that constructive criticism and advice play an important role in the development of our services and platforms. If you have any criticisms as a customer, you can let us know in our partner group and you are 100% independent in this regard.

Provide Fake Reviews

Travelia reserves the right to take appropriate action against you if you provide false reviews to other partners' services on our platform in a motivated manner.

Accidental Problems

In no way is Travelia liable for any disaster or personal and environmental accident and for failing to provide partner services in the event of the same incident.

Transactions Outside The Platform

If a partner encounters problems in dealing with a customer outside of the platform, it is the sole responsibility of the partner. We are not responsible in any way.

Pricing

Under no circumstances, the partner can charge more than its regular price on the platform. For example, if the partner normally charges Tk 100 for any service from the customer outside the platform, the partner can charge a maximum of Tk 100 from the customer of our platform.

Also, the partner has to provide a price match guarantee in all cases. For example, if the partner offers 100 taka service for 90 taka from the customer outside the platform and the customer has proof of it, then the partner can charge a maximum of 90 taka from the customer of our platform. This price match guarantee will be valid only if the customer can provide a proof before making the payment.

Service Charge

For each successful booking, we charge (5-15)% from the partner which will be used later in the development of the platform, development of our customer service and service marketing of the partners.

Payment

  1. Payment will be made to the partner within (5-15) working days.
  2. Minimum payout is 2500 BDT
  3. In case of a deposit, if the rest of the money partner will take directly from the customer, it is not the responsibility of the Travelia. For example, if the customer pays a deposit of Tk 30 with any service worth Tk 100 and books the service, then the rest of the money will be paid to the partner except the Travellia service charge (5-15%). Apart from this, the remaining money has to be collected from the customer by the partner at his own risk.

 

Refund policy

If a customer requests a refund in accordance with our refund policy, the partner is responsible for refunding the money. Click here to view our policy. Also, if the partner wants, he can give a refund according to his own refund and cancellation policy. In that case, you must mention your refund and cancellation policy on the service page. Otherwise, our refund and cancellation policy will be final. If the cancellation charge is more than 15%, the rest of the money except 15% will be paid to the partner.

Chargeback

If a partner can not serve a prepaid (deposit and full) customer he has to give a refund as well as a chargeback. The amount of chargeback may vary depending on the situation. However, if it is not possible to provide the service due to any special reason, Travelia and the customer should be informed at least 3 days in advance. In that case, Travelia will try alternative arrangements.

Disclaimer

As a platform, it is not possible for us to ensure 100% accurate information in all cases and 100% security in all situations. If our customer fails to provide the required information, you must inform us.

Travelia has the right to change, expand and modify any rules.
